Resolve To Ride This Saturday!

Did you resolve to drop a few pounds or add some muscle in 2014? (Be honest, who didn’t?!) Well AIDS/LifeCycle is helping you stick to your healthy-living resolutions with this Saturday’s Resolution Ride in Los Angeles!

The Resolution Ride is a stand-alone, two-route ride open to any and everyone. You don’t even have to be registered for AIDS/LifeCycle to participate! And aside from a morning of awesome biking, the Resolution Ride will also have great food, entertainment and a festival, and all participants will receive a Resolution Ride T-shirt.

The ride will take place Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014, from Griffith Park. There will be two routes—one 15-miles and one 35-miles long. Both will leave from the Crystal Springs Picnic Area of Griffith Park. Here’s a schedule of the day:

7:30 a.m. – Registration Opens
9 a.m. – Ride Out
10 a.m. – Post-Ride Festival
3 p.m. – Event Ends

In addition to the great food, music and fitness festival, there will also be free yoga instruction from event sponsor Aura. This will be a supported ride, with sweep and bike tech, so it’s a great opportunity to experience a taste of AIDS/LifeCycle and bring friends who just want to hop on a bike and have a good time.

Come on out and have a great time kicking off your New Year’s resolutions!
