ImageAGE: 53
JOB: Technical Support Analyst
SIGN: Gemini—both sun and moon!
PICK-UP LINE: I don’t have one. A well-placed, honest compliment goes a longer way toward breaking the ice.
PIE: Amaretto peach.
HIDDEN TALENT: Painting acrylic abstracts.
RESTAURANT: Kennebec Café in Durango.
SONG: Marvin Gaye’s “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.”
SPORT: Snowboarding.
TIME OF DAY: Mornings at first dawn: They’re very spiritual and powerfully creative.

INSTINCT: What’s your type?
JERRY BEVINGTON: Someone whose humor, lust for life and spirit fill every cell of his beautiful body. The radiance of his inner being should emanate capability and kindness.

Ideal first date?
Riding horses along a secluded mountain river, followed by a picnic and a hand-in-hand hike to a natural hot spring.

Why do you love Durango?
This is a recreational heaven! River sports, biking, great ski resorts—four seasons of amazing beauty and a community that shares it openly regardless of your orientation.

Fave places here?
Animas Mountain, all of the historic downtown, the Lost Dog Saloon, the Arts Center (which supports and hosts our annual AIDS benefit), the Saturday farmers’ market and the fabulously designed bike path that swerves for miles beside and over the Animas River.

Anything else?
I am very grateful for how my life has evolved. I have had opportunities to travel, play, experience, love and taste extraordinary delights all along the way. Now, living in Durango, it is as if my life has caught up with my soul, and it is the very best of times.

Jerry souns and looks like a good man. It is also great to see a 'more mature' man as ythe featured man Too often the focus is on 20-30 somethings. that is too bad as there re many of us men who appreciate men our age

Here is a 28 year old that appreciates men your age. An older gentleman that is single and very interesting, as Jerry, is hard to find these days.
