The Palin/Beck ticket might have some conservative competition in 2012. It was speculated in the wake of his sudden departure from CNN, but on Monday Lou Dobbs confirmed he has the White House in sight.
Dobbs appeared on Sen. Fred Thompson's radio show on Monday to formalize the rumors. When asked whether or not he would run for the Presidency in 2012, the former cable news host replied, “Yes is the answer.”
"I'm going to be talking some more with some folks who want me to listen in the next few weeks," he added. "Right now I'm fortunate to have a number of wonderful options."
