Radio host Caiden Cowger is 14-years old and already waging a right-wing sponsored anti-gay war against President Obama (and the American gay community). During a recent radio show that had Caiden declaring "homosexuality is a choice," the young homophobe went on to give anti-gay bloggers soundbite gold by claiming that President Obama is "making kids gay."
Caiden says that some of his close friends were inspired to come out of the closet by President Obama's recent evolution.
"They were not homosexuals [then]...they just decided all of a sudden, 'I think I'm going to be gay. I'm going to tell you this, guys: President Obama...Vice President Biden...is making kids gay!"
"I'm not for bullying homosexuals, I believe that it's wrong. But when you're trying to teach them the word of God and they consider that bullying...I find that a big problem, not being allowed to convert other people to my religion."
What evidence do you have that these alleged friends were not gay prior to coming out, Caiden? Could your blinding bigotry be a reason these supposed kids felt the need to cover up their true identity until someone as notable and prolific as Obama announced his full support of LGBT equality?
Hmmm, what's more frightening (and based in reality) is the fact that Christian extremists are making kids homophobic.
I understand if Homosexuality is against the bible. However I must ask you? Is it your choice to be sexually attracted to women?
Also there are bible verses that say the importance of not judging one another and loving your enemies. I see that you don't see to have much remorse for people that are gay?
Also when your friends seemed to be heterosexual but then you found out they are homosexual. I would think they knew they were attracted to the same gender all along, however they didn't come out of the closet because they were in fear of rejections from people like yourself.
With animals you can see similar acts of homosexuality and it's more prominent with certain species and animals do these acts out of instinct. I think it possibly could be the same way for people. I think maybe a movie that may help inspire you is Prayers for Bobby. I think you can even watch it off youtube unless they took it down due to copy rights.
Even though the bible seems to preach against homosexuality. I guess you won't know how it's like to be gay unless you were in their situation in where you have your body going crazy over men rather than women?
I think the same sex community already has enough discrimination and if they could change their sexual orientation I think many would because people don't want to order discrimination off the menu.
I think it's okay to have a belief in where you don't support same sex issues as I support people with different opinions as much as it hurts me. I feel this is human rights issues that are being violated on behalf of my friends.
If you don't support people's different orientations. At least couldn't you be more accepting of peoples wishes. If you have a friend that's gay, the only thing that's different is your orientation. Your friends have never changed on you from day one. The only thing that is different is who that they are interested in. I have hung out with friends that are gay and they know that I'm interested in women, and I never had one of them that tried to fall in love with me.
Even if you disagree for what they do, you should love them at least as a person because the bible says that God loves the person but not the sin. Personally I don't believe that one being gay is 'wrong' as I think it's something that you are born with. However even if you don't think they are born that way, you should love your friends for who they are, verses what they are not.

This dumb ass kid would be the first to not allow other religions to convert others to a religion different than his. He should be careful what he wishes for. Would love to see a mosque built down the street from him! He'd be wise to go back and read the constitution ( even for the first time) and support the separation of church and state.

This young man is obviously being coached. The idea that being gay is an attractive lifestyle is atrocious. And my friend above, re-read your bible. Jesus never spoke a word about homosexuality but did wage a war against intolerance and bullying the less fortunate. For that he gave his life. HOW DARE anyone call themselves a Christian and still buy into this.

there's bigger issues to be accusing the Kenyan Barry Soetoro (Obama) of at this point in time than petty sexual issues right now. Illegal invasions, fascist executive orders, death camps in america, working for private banks etc... who cares about sexual issues. but hey, he's 14...
