In an effort to grab onto whatever amounts of relevance she can grasp, Carrie Prejean, by way of her representation, has announced a lawsuit against Miss California officials.

The complaint, filed in court today, accuses Keith Lewis, Roger Neal and the wonderful Shanna Moakler of libel, defamation and religious persecution. The suit also claims that Prejean lost her crown because of her outspoken anti-equality prejudices religion, instead of the contract infringements Miss California actually fired her for.

What is this? Another "frivolous" lawsuit?! Where's the GOP-lawsuit haters when you need them?

Anyone wish that she'd just disappear...like into the forest fires raging here in LA right now?

YES, RJ! Let's just drop her off at some woodland location. She's bound to get lost and starve to death (without her Evian and rice cakes). Then we'll never have to see or hear from her again!

Such ignorant blonde trash.
