Did you think Dancing With The Stars was at worst a carefully-orchestrated TV program run by producers and at best a show dictated by viewer voting and judges' critiques? Wrong! Guess it's a show that's subject to pray-ins, boycotts and transphobia, according to the American Family Association subgroup One Million Moms. Details follow.
OneMillionMoms has sent out an email congratulating itself for praying so hard that it got Chaz Bono to side-step off the DWTS stage.
October has been an exciting and busy month for OneMillionMoms.com and its supporters. Together, and with God's help, we are making a remarkable difference! This fall we have celebrated numerous victories! OMM has monitored Dancing with the Stars since the beginning of the season. Allstate, Avon, Lowe's, Cover Girl, Diet Coke, Applebee's, Victoria's Secret, State Farm, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls pulled their sponsorship of DWTS after hearing from you. Last week, Chaz Bono was voted off and the week before was Carson Kressley was.
But focusing efforts and prayers on childhood homelessness, hunger or disease? Totally not on OneMillionMom's "Christian" agenda.
