Seemingly intent on making every other pop star look lazy (save for maybe Rihanna, who releases a new album every Tuesday), Beyoncé apparently has not one but TWO albums in the works for 2012. More after the jump.
The new mom to Blue Ivy Carter—who sports an enviable head of hair for a newborn—is rumored to be working on her follow-up to 2011’s, 4, as well as the soundtrack to Clint Eastwood’s A Star Is Born, which Beyoncé will star in later this year.
Super-producer/songwriter Ryan Tedder, who just picked up a Grammy on Sunday for his contribution to Adele’s 21, is already pitching songs to Beyoncé. The topic on his mind? Motherhood.
Club smash!!
We kid. While the subject doesn’t necessarily bring to mind the next “Single Ladies,” Beyoncé’s never been one to play it safe, so for now we’ll just trust in B.
