The latest on stories you've been reading about here at InstinctMagazine.com

--History is made as Judge Sonia Sotomayor is confirmed as the first Hispanic to sit on the US Supreme Court.

--Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu calls Tel Aviv attack terrorism, vows to seek acceptance for GLBT Israelis.

--Though some believe Paula Abdul may still return as a judge on American Idol (it's all about the money, honey), the show confirms guest judges Victoria Beckham and Katy Perry will sit in on audition rounds, which begin tomorrow.

--Reparative "therapists" begin to spin the APA report deeming their work futile and harmful:

Exodus International attempts to turn the report in its favor, citing the study finds that those questioning their sexuality should stay on the religious path: "Exodus International, the largest worldwide ministry to those in conflict with their sexuality and faith, says this report acknowledges religious diversity and hopes to see more efforts to ensure this in the future."

"Dr." Joe Nicolosi loses his mind, and if the careers of those refusing to follow the APA's new guidelines are threatened, might lose his license, too. "The APA is really failing to not only represent science, which is its primary responsibility, but it's also failing to inform people," Nicolosi told the American Family Association.
