Actually, Rabbi, the more likely explanation is climate crisis, which you probably don't believe in, or tectonic plate shifting, which you probably don't understand. If God were trying to get rid of unpleasant things on our good green Earth, He would probably seek to expel those like you who procure gay panic and hate instead of seeking to promote harmony and goodwill to all men (even the gay ones). Jerk.

Let's for a minute, assume that he's right. That his Yahweh was so pissed at us for tolerating gay marriage that he decided to shake the earth, or at least a tiny tiny part of it. And this is the same God who sat idly by and watched while the Nazis murdered six million of his own people. If that isn't a big enough reason for denouncing this god and all his followers, I don't know what is.
