Yum? New York City bar, Pacific Standard, is offering a frothy new cocktail that’s sure to titillate your taste buds.
Get ready to down a glass of “Santorum!”
We just vomited typing that. Details of this delectable delight after the jump!
By now you're well aware of the Dan Savage-coined definition of "santorum." If, however, you've been living in a world without Google, you can find the definition of the infamous frothy mix, here.
Pacific Standard seeks to capture this in all of its glory, but in a way that's more...palatable. The bar's “Santorum” cocktail is a creamy mixture of Baileys, orange vodka, bitters and chocolate flakes.
According to Pacific Standard’s co-owner, John Rauschenberg, “People really like it even though it’s named after something gross—both the person and the Dan Savage meaning. It’ll be an election fixture at least until primary season is over.”
What do you think, Instincters? Are you replacing your vodka soda with some cool Santorum this weekend?
This is so gross.
