Beginning shortly at 2:30 p.m. (PST) today, the plaintiffs in the Prop. 8 case will go before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, for what is believed to be the final time. Lawyers will be presenting oral arguments explaining why the videotapes of the Prop. 8 trial should be publicly accessible and why Proponents’ motion to vacate judgment is meritless.

You can listen to the arguements live via  www.kqednews.org and www.kqed.org/news/

We'll, of course, bring you a wrap up of today's events following the hearing, so keep checking back with instinctmagazine.com!

Why isn't someone blogging this instead of relying on KQED? You cannot gain access via the iPad, iPhone and a variety of other media devices because KQED is relying on Flash which is now ancient and defunct for the internet. RE-think your options KQED! Very annoying.
