Well, we survived the end-of-world doomsday scenarios (even if the Mayans were only actually speaking about a new age being born, and not the end of the Earth, but that's a history lesson for later), so we'll need a calendar for 2013! Today's history lesson is about the man Barack Obama and wife Michelle as told to us through art. And Orly Taitz will likely not like it.

It's a lesson in creativity from friend of a Instinct, Harrison Byars, who wants you to ring in the new year with some class…Obama-style!
Born in Michigan and raised In Los Angeles, Byars has a background in retail visual merchandising management and formal training at the prestigous Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. This one-of-a-kind calendar brings together a culmination of his talents.
He has always been interested in popular art culture and was further inspired this year by the president and the first lady to create a calendar showcasing his interpretation of their taste and personal style, in these challenging times. And we likey!
