Good news to report out of Minnesota, where voters in the state will decide a constitutional ban of same-sex marriage at the ballot box this fall. Details follow.

Minnesotans United for All Families, the main group fighting the constitutional amendment, has just announced it has raised $3.1 million since January, which is in stark contrast with the $1.4 million Minnesota for Marriage has received since 2011!

This announcement comes on the heels of General Mills becoming one of the first huge Minnesota-based corporations to come out against the amendment, and coincides with new polling data that finds more voters oppose the anti-gay measure than support it.

Keep up the momentum, Minnesota!

They need a "leave it blank" campaign since not voting on the question in MN is counted as a no vote. This way people who are on the fence could not vote on the question and not feel so guilty due to their religious indoctrination.

@newsilencedogood....actually the pro forces in North Carolina raised much, much, much less than the anti-gay forces. I believe they were outspent by a 2 to 3 margin. Nowadays, money doesn't mean a lot in these votes....and neither do the polls. Every time there is a poll showing support, the vote turns out against marriage equality. BUT, my fingers are crossed for our neighbors to the north to do the right thing!
