President Obama is likely to appeal last week's momentous ruling by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals that reinstated an injunction barring enforcement of Don't Ask, Don't Tell, claims sources. What the hell is going on?
“DOJ is likely going to SCOTUS to appeal the injunction again,” an anonymous source told the Washington Blade. "We don’t know when, but that’s the sense we’re getting.”
The unsurprising rumor comes a few days after the Ninth Circuit Court told the federal government that it needs to stop pussyfooting around and must spell out clearly its intentions on defending the discriminatory law in court.
