"We're all happy that the Supreme Court has taken some notice of us," one of the country's 80,000 transgender citizens told the BBC. "Now the government should implement it immediately."

While the Pakistani transgender community celebrates the decision of the Supreme Court ordering the federal government to register them as voters, the real struggle is in getting identification cards.
At least they know they have allies in the legal system. Congrats to all those involved and affected!
