House Rep. Paul Ryan and Vice President Joe Biden are scheduled to come to blows tonight during the Vice Presidential debate and some trickster decided to try to distract us from the issues. 

We're insulted that they think we'd be so shallow as to take our minds off of the pressing issues facing our nation to ogle the Republican VP candidate in a veritable beefcake photoshoot!

It takes a lot more than that for us to take our eyes off the prize! (Meaning he should at the very least be pantless.) With that said, commence ogling after the jump.

TIME released these outtake photos this morning. Ryan was their runner-up for last year's "Person of the Year" issue.
