Olympic male U.S. gymnast Danell Leyva has shot right to the top of our list in a very crowded field of favorite athletes. It may have something to do with his proclivity for sending nude and semi-nude pics of himself to adoring fans.

Mind you those fans are women, but when those women are selflessly sharing those pics with the world, it feels like we're all connected! It's a true testament to the Olympic spirit.

According to Deadspin, the lucky receivers of said images, the woman sending the pics "asked for nothing in return. She says she had 'some in underwear and some nudes.'"

She apparently hasn't given up the full nudes yet saying "Would it be possible to see how it goes with those pics and then decide to send the nude or not?"  

We're thinking it's going to go just fine.
