Supreme Court: Christian College Groups Can't Discriminate Against The LGBT |

The Supreme Court has refused to hear an appeal stemming from federal court, effectively leaving in place and endorsing a pro-gay ruling against Christian college groups.
The case, brought forth in 2005 by a Christian fraternity and sorority at San Diego State University that argued the school's anti-discrimination policy violated its religious liberties, was refused on Monday by the high court. The Christian groups were attempting to appeal a lower federal appeals court's ruling finding that the anti-discrimination policy was in fact not unconstitutional.
