Both artists have flaunted their love for red hair, count armies of gay fans in their legions, regularly release exquisitely-produced music and put on jaw-dropping live performances, but the similarities shared between Rihanna and Florence Welch of Florence + The Machine likely end there. Though we love them for their parallels, we really j'adore the two for what sets them apart!

Florence + The Machine's just-released Ceremonials is already being heralded as one of the greatest albums of the year. Both haunting and danceable, Florence and crew have managed to transcend musical genres of the past 50 years and come up with a sweeping masterpiece of grandeur.

Rihanna's already scored a No. 1 single from Talk That Talk (out Nov. 21) with "We Found Love," and, if we didn't risk our meemaw shaking her Jitterbug-dialing finger at us, we'd be willing to bet the farm that even more No. 1's will come from the Barbadian Beauty's new release!
