Getting our Glee-fix during the summer hiatus hasn't been easy, but today's announcement of the Emmy Award nominations hits our Glee-spots in ways that'll carry us through the weekend. On August 29, with host Jimmy Fallon, we'll learn how many of its whopping 19 nominations Glee takes home. That's right, 19 nods from the Emmy Awards today! Impressive!

Not only was the show nominated for best comedy series, but Matthew Morrison and Lea Michele both received nominations in acting categories as well.

Do you think Glee is the best comedy series of this past TV season (ABC's Modern Family was also nominated in the category)?

Hope Jane Lynch doesn't get shut out of her win again, like the Globes!

Happy for Glee, but what about Cougar Town? No Emmy nod for Courtney Cox? And Busy Philipps is freakin' hilarious! One of the funniest new shows on TV, I'm just saying...

Yep, I'm sorry Cougar Town didn't get any acting nods. Likewise, I thought Joel McHale would have been a shoo-in for Community.

But I'm happy that Glee, Modern Family and True Blood got some Emmy love.
