And John Travolta's week continues to get worse...

RadarOnline is reporting that a third man has come forward accusing Travolta of sexual harassment.

We previously reported on lawsuits filed by two other men accusing Travolta of sexual battery and harassment.

Details after the jump.

According to RadarOnline, Travolta's latest accuser is Fabian Zansi, a Chilean born former employee of the Royal Caribbean Cruise ship. The incident allegedly occurred in 2009, when Zansi was in charge of VIP guests; he claims Travolta was one of those guests.

Zansi, describing the incident says, "Travolta said, 'He had something on his neck.' I thought it was a fuzz. As I approached, he took off his white coat and was naked. He hugged me and asked me to do a massage." Zanzi alleges that Travolta offered $12,000 to have sex with him, but he says he refused.

RadarOnline was unable to confirm whether Zansi has officially filed a sexual harassment claim against Travolta.

It seems to me that sexual harassment occurs when you have some sort of power, usually economic over another. These are grown men who work for someone else. If they felt uncomfortable they should have left and told their immediate supervisor. To come around years later and complain to the general public seems disingenuous.

Travolta did have power of a certain kind - he hired these people, or they were in service to him (as a VIP Guest). It's not clear if this latest person is seeking money, but if true, and the other incidents are true, it does establish a pattern of behavior. Because Travolta was essentially their employer (he hired the masseurs, he was a VIP Guest and paid for that service) - it is unwanted sexual attention or creating a hostile/sexually-charged work atmosphere. That said… who cares? I’m with Carrie Fisher on this one… if he wants to stay in the closet, let him. No one really cares, except Mr. Travolta (and those evil, money-grubbing, fame-whores at The Church of Scientology). The real question... would YOU do him?

I would be so insulted if he offered me 12,000 dollars. My fine ass is worth a hell of a lot more than that!
