Transgender beauty queen, Jenna Talackova didn't walk away with the crown last night at the Miss Universe Canada competion, but she didn't leave empty-handed either!

Talackova ended up finishing in the Final 12 of the competition and was one of four contestants named "Miss Congeniality." (Sandra Bullock would be proud.)

Her attorney, the infamous Gloria Allred, summed it up best, "She's still a winner as far as I'm concerned. She won an 'herstoric' civil rights victory and that I think is frankly more important than anything, any victory she would win, even representing Miss Canada."
