We're sorry but the two smoldering gay finalists in PETA's "Sexiest Vegetarian Next Door" make us crave meat! They might turn down our lovelorn messages (courtesy of two hours of Facebook stalking) after that joke, but it was totally worth it.
Meet Zachary and Mark, the only gays remaining of the final 10 men competing for the mouth-watering title, after the jump!
A press release gives us a little more background on Brooklyn-based Zachary Koval (above) and Mark from Missouri:
Koval went vegetarian at age 10 and later went vegan after learning about the suffering of cows used for their milk and hens used for their eggs. His biggest turn-on is other vegan men, and of his buff physique, Koval—who is an actor with an experimental ensemble—quips, "No animals were harmed in the making of this body."
A procurement agent for a multinational corporation, Kostedt went vegetarian three years ago after watching the PETA video "Chew On This." He says that his healthy and compassionate diet helped him lose a few unwanted pounds and that he has more energy now. He enjoys biking, running, cooking, and reading.
After months of voting by the public, PETA will crown the "Sexiest Vegetarian Next Door" on May 21. Which of the remaining gay competitors would you like to receive the animal-friendly crown?
