Two powerful ads fighting the proposed anti-gay Amendment One were released to the airwaves by the Campaign to Protect All NC Families over the weekend.
The ads play to the far reaching effects of the proposed legislation, effects that inform North Carolina's voters that Amendment One isn't just a threat to the state's LGBT community.
The first, "Melissa," details the concern of a mother who's child is at risk of losing health insurance should the amendment pass.
The second ad highlights the possibility of Amendment One making it more difficult to protect victims of domestic violence.
Amendment One gets its big day at the ballot box on May 8.
