UFC Fighter Mike "The Wolverine" Rio Open-Minded About Dakota Cochrane's Gay Porn Past |

Mike "the Wolverine" Rio, who will compete against Sean Cody-star Dakota Cochrane on the upcoming reality show The Ultimate Fighter 15, is more concerned about the gay porn actor's fighting abilities than his past career in adult entertainment.
"He’s just trying to start a new chapter in his life, which is what we’re all trying to do," Rio said on MMA Junkie Radio on Thursday. "We’re trying to move on. He’s entitled to do what he wants… Me and him hung out a little bit. He seemed cool to me. He didn’t seem disrespectful. He's just a cool, down-to-earth guy. Whatever he does in his spare time, he does in his spare time, but you can’t deny he can kick someone’s ass because you’ve seen his record and seen what he can do.”
“If he’s a good fighter, it doesn’t matter what he did," Rio added. "He’s not going into the show to do any gay-porn stuff. He’s going to fight. And if he’s good at fighting, who can take that away from him?”
Well said, Mike! If only we could expect the same attitude from all in the UFC world...
