Mary J. Blige has long supported HIV/AIDS causes and praised her gay fans, but her position on marriage equality wasn't exactly clear, at least not until Thursday night at the Democratic National Convention.

So, what does the "Queen of Hip-Hop Soul" have to say about same-sex marriage?

In a post-performance interview, radio host Yetta Kurland asked Mary what she thinks of the party's marriage equality support.

“I think it’s wonderful. I think people that support love, it’s amazing. It’s love,” Mary answered.

Truly a Queen for the queens!
