Team Instinct is hard at work training and fundraising (and slipping into very tight bike shorts) for this year's AIDS/LifeCycle, and with exactly 100 days to go until day one, the heat is officially on! But whether or not you're participating in this year's ride, you can still get involved and help us ride to end AIDS. Follow the jump and find out how...

Now the purpose of the LifeCycle is more than just HIV/AIDS advocacy and a killer week-long workout—obviously we gotta raise some money!! Last year’s ride actually set the new world record for the most successful single AIDS fundraiser ever, raising an amazing $13.1 million!!! So we obviously have a pretty high standard to live up to, but we’re sure as hell going to try.
