After months of red-tape delays, construction has begun and is advancing on schedule for the luxury gay condominium hotel, Random Haus Palm Springs. Find out what they're going to be all about after the jump!

The Random Haus property will offer 12 ultra-luxury condominiums in a great location that's just a short walk to downtown Palm Springs. The condos will range from approximately 1100 to over 2100 square feet with two- and three- bedroom, two- and three-bath units available.

The building was originally constructed in 1963. Its horizontal lines and simple, rectangular shapes are signature design elements of the Mid-Century Modern architectural style.

“We are very excited about this most recent addition to the Riley Hotel Group,” said Riley Hotel Group president Joe Moffa. “This is our first California property and it is poised to also be our most luxurious hotel to date. We anticipate waiting lists to get into this amazing Palm Springs property.”

Each condominium will be furnished with stainless steel appliances, wine coolers, spa-inspired bathrooms with “looking glass” showers, and entertainment centers with flat screen televisions in the living rooms and bedrooms.

The property will feature a courtyard pool, barbecue grills, balconies or patios for each condo, a community garden with fire pit, and full-time housekeeping and concierge.
