EXCLUSIVE: 4th Man Comes Forward Claiming That Porn Star Topher DiMaggio Sexually Assaulted Him
Up until yesterday, three separate men have come forward with claims that porn star Topher DiMaggio sexually assaulted them.
First, fellow porn star Tegan Zayne spoke about his own story where he alleged that Topher raped him the night before they shot a scene together.
Then, two unidentified men spoke about their own individual rape claims, one to Hornet and the other to Str8UpGayPorn. The former, who called himself "Dan", said that Topher raped him after a party was over in a bedroom that wasn't his own. "Dan" claims that he kept asking Topher to stop trying to have sex with him, but he wouldn't stop and kept saying “Just don’t worry about it. Don’t worry about it.”
The third guy, who called himself "Bryan", claimed that Topher raped him in the bathroom of a friend's house, where he pushed him against the wall and his lip allegedly busted open and started bleeding. Similar to "Dan", Topher allegedly entered "Bryan" against his own will, but "Bryan" didn't yell for help during because he wasn't able to push him off.
Now, a fourth man has come forward with his own claims of how aggressive Topher was to him during a night out in Los Angeles. Bryan Hawn, a popular YouTube star, spoke to us about an alleged story that shows more similarities to what the other three have said about the adult film star.
"Last year, I was at Mickey's in Los Angeles where he was hosting for the night, and he came up to me, grabbed me by the legs trying to pick me up and put his hands on my ass," Bryan alleged. "I yelled for him to stop several times in the middle of the club and he persisted. The club went silent as everyone was staring at me. I had to wrestle with all my strength to get him off of me, he was so incredibly aggressive."
Bryan then brings up how Topher started allegedly verbally assaulting him, similar to what Tegan said in his original story, "When he finally stopped, he proceeded to call me a pussy, and tell me that I need to learn how to be more of a man. He continued calling me names as we walked back to his friends who were completely embarrassed for him."
"To put your hands on somebody that you do not know in such an incredibly aggressive manner. It was wrong on every level. I am certain I am not the first guy that has experienced this unwanted attention and probably not the last. I can only imagine in a bedroom setting. That is scary to think about," Bryan exclaimed. "Just because somebody works in an industry promoting their physique does not grant anyone permission to put their hands on someone’s body. This is not a petting zoo!"
Bryan then goes on to talk about how it's not only Topher that has elicited this kind of behavior, and why people shouldn't make excuses for his kind of behavior. "Topher is not the only one in the community that has crossed that boundary. If u don’t have self control, you shouldn't’t be allowed in the club, and alcohol and drugs does not make it excusable or acceptable."
"People have said before, 'well, it’s a gay club... what do u expect'.” Bullshit! Take pride in your community, we aren’t a bunch of wild animals, we are humans. And if we want the rest of the world to treat us with the decent respect of a human being, it’s time we start acting like ones," Bryan concluded.
Bryan supplied us with a screen grab from a message he sent Topher's boyfriend, Matt O'Reilly, the day after the situation. According to Bryan, Matt tried to give him a hug after it happened and Topher instructed him not to touch me and said that I was a little pussy and to be careful you might hurt him, allegedly.
