Sarah Palin Lashes Out Against Anyone Offended By "Duck Dynasty" Star's Disgusting Homophobic Comments

Sarah Palin has jumped into the Duck Dynasty hysteria. According to Sarah, Phil Robertson, patriarch and star of the biggest cable series in history, Duck Dynasty, is expressing his protected free speech rights (true) and we should support him, but anyone who's been vocally offended by and critical of his dangerous bigotry needs to shut up.

I wonder why Sarah Palin didn't jump up for Martin Bashir's right to free speech. His comments were only targeting her. Phil Robertson was attacking a sizeable portion of the American public. Martin ended up resigning permanently from his network yet Sarah never uttered a peep to defend his first amendment right.

Imagine the wildlife (fleas, lice, ticks, etc.) that these guys bring to the dinner table.  These people, including Sarah, of course, deserve each other.

I wonder what her response would be if he stated that women belong barefoot and in the kitchen.....and that they were created to serve man.....you know, the kind of attitude that typically goes along with the rest of the diarrhea spewing out of this mouth......

Ignorant old cunt.

free speech keeps him free from prosecution, but he is still wide open for persecution

It's amazing how people like Sarah Palin and Phil Robertson only seem to care about free speech when someone calls them on something idiotic they said. Free speech means free speech for everyone Half-Term Gov. Palin. Everyone has the right to express their opinion. Everyone else also has the right to call that opinion garbage.

Why does this ignorant and ill educated woman have a voice. I really can't understand how this obviously stupid woman is acknowledged in the USA. The rest of the world is laughing at her, when will America wake up?

Sure--the homophobic jerk can say whatever he wants but, according to Palin, WE can't say that it's offensive and wrong? How exactly does that work? And the network had every right to suspend him--hopefully forever. If the homophobia wasn't bad enough he threw racism in on top of it.

Sorry folks, but the First Amendment only protects from censorship from the government, not a private employer. We do not have the right to say anything we want at any time, free from consequences. He expressed his opinion, and his bosses fired him. Free market capitalism, folks.

At the end of the day it is the guy's opinion. You don't have to agree with it, you don't have to like it, heck be offended by it if you want BUT at the end of the day he is excersing his God given right TO HIS OPINION. An opinion is not right or wrong, it is just an opinion.

Also Eric, re-read what he said again.  Did he call anybody an offensive name?  NO. his first words in that statement read, and I quote; "I never, with my eyes, saw the mistreatment of any black person." Sounds like he is describing his own experiences and viewpoints. Wether true or not you can't tell someone they are wrong for expressing opinions or viewpoints.

Did she not read the article? And I quote

“I never, with my eyes, saw the mistreatment of any black person. Not once. Where we lived was all farmers. The blacks worked for the farmers. I hoed cotton with them. I'm with the blacks, because we're white trash."

Yeah, that's not offensive or racist at all. Good call Sarah Palin, we'll all shut up about that.

Sarah Palin and westboro are Standing behind him supporting him.  Nuff said.

Freedom of speech is a given, thinkn what u want, a given.  Any star, reality or otherwise have to answer to someone as well. Thank god the network suspended him.  Bigotry is no needed.

When the Dixie chicks spoke out years ago it was omg, how dare them say anything.  Now he does it and the same people are screaming how dare we get on to him.

Bigotry is hatred.  Plan and simple.

Unless she's in the closest.

Sarah needs to shut up and mind her own business what does she know about being gay.
