I love a good rhyme, and it is SO my pet peeve when people misuse our language and only come close to a rhyme, but then call it an actual rhyme. I am sorry to say that only two of those were actually rhyming. If this were to be a grade school assignment on rhyming, these would not have passed. Here is the actual definition of a rhyme: the final accented vowel and all succeeding consonants or syllables are identical, while the preceding consonants are different. So, "hug me", depending on which accent point you are choosing to rhyme with, really needs to rhyme with "hug" or "me" to be an actual rhyme. One that rhymed officially, was "drug me". "Drug" rhymed with "hug". ... How does "Bill Cosby", or most of the others even come close to being called a rhyme for the words "hug me"?

It was a really cute idea, it just isn't nearly as impressive as it would have been if it had actually succeeded with rhyming.
