With his Oscar nom for The Kids Are All Right this morning, Mr. Ruffalo had this gracious response:

"It is with great honor and humility that I receive my Oscar nomination. I have been included with a group of top-notch actors who I respect and admire. I am humbled to be in their   presence. I also would like to acknowledge the power of ensemble acting. The kind of acting that happened in this movie does not exist in a bubble. Any honor that I receive must be   shared with Julianne Moore, Annette Bening, Josh Hutcherson, Mia Wasikowska, the rest of the cast, and of course the inimitable Lisa Cholodenko. Thank you to the Academy. This nomination is a win for Marriage Equality and that is the most I could hope for...

We absolutely love bringing things together. Whether it’s with Instinct Blind Dates (find out more info or sign up for one here!) or by inspiring you to cuddle up with your partner, pooch, pussy or pillow (we don't judge!) with not one but TWO movies in this week’s double-stuffed Swag Suite, you should just start calling us your Fairy Godmothers. And because love is in the air (or maybe it’s the lingering smell of our Chipotle lunch), each of the flicks we’re giving you a chance to win is the perfect coupling of Blu-Ray and DVD -- the ultra-versatile combo pack!

First up we have the Blu-Ray/DVD combo release of Secretariat, starring Diane Lane and John Malkovich in the true story chronicling the eponymous 70s racehorse. Secondly,...

Now that the GOP leads the House, there's a chance that renewed vigor in the fight to revoke marriage equality in the nation's capital will succeed. Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) has promised that he or another GOP member will bring up a vote to ban marriage equality in D.C. this year.

“I think RSC will push for it, and I’m certainly strongly for it. I don’t know if we’ve made a decision if I’ll do it or let another member do it, but I’m 100 percent for it,” Jordan said.

Jordan introduced similar anti-equality legislation last year that received only 53 cosponsors. But this year, with the Republican majority, chances are good for discrimination to revoke marriage rights afforded to D.C. couples in 2010.

You might think we black out a lot when we go out dancing, but we remember most of these David Guetta hits, which the French DJ superstar reviews with YouTube sensation Keenan Cahill.

If you prefer to wrap your hands around something you've been scoping out online, you'll be happy to learn that Dan Savage's already-classic 'It Gets Better' project will land in physical form with the It Gets Better Book, out March 22.

Writes the IDP:

Nearly 10,000 of you have filmed videos which have been watched over 30 million times across the globe. Now we’re ready to publish “It Gets Better: The Book” on March 22nd, six months after we launched the project.

The book is a collection of stories from many people you recognize and some people you don’t, but each and every story will touch you, move you and encourage you to do better for LGBT youth.

You can pre-order the tome now at www.itgetsbetter.org.

Calling it her "gay anthem" because a close gay friend did not consider "Chasing Pavements" (one of our all time favorites!) enough of one, Adele's "Set Fire To The Rain" -- culled from her incredible sophomore album 21 -- is even better live.

During a roundtable discussion with Newsweek, James Franco, Oscar host, photographer, soap stud, kind of gay man (in the Oprah sense), says that a sex tape he made when he was 19 "is horrible."

"I think if anybody who has made a home sex tape knows, what feels best doesn’t always look best [laughter]. I remember when I was 19 doing that, and then watching it back and thinking, oh, that looks horrible. S...

Kayla K. has balls. The Californian high school student utilized the message of tolerance spread on MLK Day to come out to her entire high school during an assembly. Wow. Have things changed since we were in high school ten two years ago or is Kayla just exceptionally brave and amazing? Or both?

Modern Family has had more guest stars than our boudoir, but one of our favorites so far has been the incomparable Nathan Lane. So, good news for us came today from producer Steven Levitan when he confirmed Nathan's return to the show as Pepper, the campy, eccentric friend of Mitch and Cam!

Said Levitan, "Mitch [Jesse Tyler Ferguson] and Cam [Eric Stonestreet] go out for a boys night with Pepper and a bunch of their other gay friends. Jay [Ed O'Neill] stumbles in to the party. We're having a lot of fun playing with Nathan and this will be a very funny use of him."

Can't wait! Who has been your favorite Modern Family guest star so far?

Though our heads are still spinning from the RuPaul's Drag Race drinking game we played and won against ourselves (drink a shot of triple sec every time a contestant says "Amen" or "Sister Child"), the leading queens from the show who'll take it to the end remain clear. Without spoiling the season three premiere for those of you late to the DVR, which season three Drag Race queens do you think have what it takes to assume the top (pun intended)?
