Marriage Equality might not have to wait as long we worried after last week's cancelled session in the New York Senate. Right now, according to NY1, the vote would take a 21 For and 22 Against marriage equality legislation, but supporters are confident things can change by Tuesday.

"I’m hopeful it’s Tuesday; We’re going to keep pushing for Tuesday to be the day," Sen. Diane Savino told the New York Daily News.

So, New Yorkers...keep pressing your state representation to support equality legislation!

...GAP's holiday adds are more merry than ever!

How can the AFA want to boycott this much cheer? It's obvious who the real Grinch is...

Before he made us swoon and weak-kneed on Bravo's Workout, Greg knocked the air out of our lungs with a spread in Instinct. Titled "Brief Encounters," a well-deserved focus on Greg's crotch graced the inside pages of our July 2005 issue. Fortunately for us, our encounters with this super stud would be anything but brief in the years to come...

As always, you can see more of Greg by ordering back issues of Instinct (including July 2005) through the "Subscriptions" link at the top of our website.

November 23 is shaping up to be a battle of the new-school gay divas. There's Lady Gaga's Fame Monster, Rihanna's Rated R and Beyonce's I Am...Yours DVD all slated to cause a gay panic that day. As far as the last item on the list goes, a trailer for B's Truth or Dare-esque behind-the-scenes in Vegas documentary was released today.

Will you be watching I Am...Yours?

It's official, today Levi Johnston made good on showing his goods for Playgirl. It's reported that the hunky Alaskan posed fully nude with a hockey stick (how's that for cold-climate innuendo?), and that his ass is "as smooth as a Sade song." Pure poetry.

We can't wait to see the product of the shoot...

Now we'll be the first to admit that Miley has been a pretty staunch supporter of GLBT issues, but sometimes she lets herself slip. If she's not careful, the young tweens that blindly follow her might grow up with a fascination of stripper poles and calling things they don't like "gay" (which is already an epidemic of sorts in the group's age-bracket).

At a recent concert, Miley changed the words of a song to presumably call out an ex-boyfriend. "You're vain, you're gay," she sings during a performance of "7 Things" in Louisville.

As I go drown my frustration in a pint of Ben & Jerry's, take a look at what Michael Phelps considers "out of shape"...

Phelps, who finished third at a World Cup meet in Sweeden, told the press there, “I know I’m not in the best shape and I should be in better shape."

Sure, with Adam Lambert, Gaga, JLo and Shakira already on the bill, the American Music Awards were likely to pull in a sizeable audience, and plenty of gays. But producers held their biggest performers for now:

Janet!

and

Whitney!

It was just announced that Janet Jackson will open the show on Nov. 22 with a huge, 8-minute performance, while Whitney will be back on the AMA stage (for the first time in 10 years!) to perform from her new album.

Guess Britney's Twitter page is a big target for hackers as it has been yet again tapped into. This time (possibly by way of disgruntled fans in Australia), the hackers sent a few Satanic-themed Tweets from Brit Brit's account. "Living in sin is the new thing," she sings in "3", making me question whether or not the Kabbalah bracelet has been tossed in a fire and a new faith pursued, or if this really is the work of "hackers"...

I kid, I kid. Britney's team issued a blanket apology on her blog earlier today. "This morning, Britney's Twitter and MySpace were hacked.  We apologize for any offense the message from the hacker caused and are working with Twitter on remedying the situation as quickly as possible."
