Alaska Responds To 'RuPaul's Drag Race' Fan Uproar
This season on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars, Alaska Thunderfuck consistently tore through challenge after challenge, week after week.
But recently, she's fallen to much fan criticism.
In prior weeks, Alaska sent home fan-favorites Alyssa Edwards and Tatianna. In response, frustrated fans littered Alaska's social media with snake emojis.
Then last week, after a lackluster showing in a family makeover challenge, Alaska appeared to throw a temper tantrum.
Again, on social media, fans had a less than stellar response to the queen's "entitled" attitude.
After the last episode aired, apart from touting a few gigs, Alaska had mostly fallen silent on social media.
But now she's re-emerged. And she wants to reintroduce herself.
Get to know "the real" Alaska in this hilarious new clip:
Alaska also shared a video in which she phones a friend to address her infamous $10,000 promise.
It turns out that Alaska will in fact donate $10,000, but half ot it will come from her friend and fellow All Stars queen Detox, and all of it will go to youth charity, Trans Kids Purple Rainbow. (Well done, ladies!)
At a recent gig, Sharon Needles took a few moments to weigh in on the whole thing.
Leave Alaska alone!
