Canadian Serial Killer Bruce McArthur Charged With An Eighth Murder
Yet another victim has been attached to the ever growing list of murders connected to Toronto landscaper Bruce McArthur.
We here at Instinct Magazine have kept you up-to-date on the continuing situation surrounding the gay men, Toronto, and McArthur.
Just last week, we shared with you that Bruce McArthur had been charged with a seventh murder, and that more was suspected to come. Now, we unfortunately have to share with you all that an eight murder charge has indeed been added.
This time, McArthur’s victim is Sri Lankan immigrant Kirushna Kumar Kanagaratnam who moved to Canada in 2010. Authorities currently believe that Kanagaratnam, who’s body was discovered dismembered in a potted plant, was killed in 2015.
Kanagaratnam was around 37 at the time. In addition, Kanagaratnam is unlike the other victims in that police cannot connect him to the gay village or McArthur (who sometimes had a sexual relationship with his targets).
This now makes Bruce McArthur’s list of victims at eight with still more of his former landscaping projects needing to be searched and investigated.
We at Instinct Magazine would like to send our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of Selim Esen, Andrew Kinsman, Majeed Kayhan, Dean Lisowick, Soroush Mahmudi, Skandaraj Navaratnam, Abdulbasir Faizi, and now Kirushna Kumar Kanagaratnam.
