Donald Trump Accidentally Shades Vogue Editor Anna Wintour

Donald Trump may need to brush up on who runs things in the editorial world, as he just shaded one of the biggest names in fashion, and she had nothing to do with anything he was talking about.

Anna Wintour, who has long been the editor-in-chief of Vogue for nearly thirty years now, was placed in one of Donald's hilarious tweets in relation to a Vanity Fair scandal that happened earlier this week.  Yes, both publications start with the word V, but Anna has no relation whatsoever to Vanity Fair in this situation or anything outside of it.

Vanity Fair got itself into a ton of trouble this week for posting a video called “Six New Year’s Resolutions for Hillary Clinton” video.

The video featured six of their writers giving Hilary some advice going into 2018 while they each sipped on some champagne.  Suggestions included working on a sequel to her book What Happened called What the Hell Happened; taking more photos in the woods; and taking “up a new hobby in the new year: volunteer work, knitting, improv comedy — literally anything that will keep you from running again,” which drew a bunch of criticism.

“It was an attempt at humor and we regret that it missed the mark,” said a representative for Vanity Fair in a statement released to multiple media outlets..

Donald got his 2 cents in as usual, and tweeted about it this morning:

Say what you want about Vanity Fair's motives here, but maybe edit your tweet to get rid of Anna.  She's done nothing, besides provide the world with stunning fashion for the past thirty years. Backspace can be your friends sometimes.

What are your thoughts on Donald's indirectly shady tweet towards Anna?
