Fox News Contributor Calls Gays "Sore Winners" Over Arizona Veto

Regular Fox News commentator and journalist George Wills is acting like a sore loser by calling the modern civil rights movement "sore winners" in the wake of Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer's landmark veto last week.

George made the claim after telling members of the LGBT community that we should not "force" homophobic businesses to serve us.

“It’s a funny kind of sore winner in the gay rights movement that would say, ‘A photographer doesn’t want to photograph my wedding—I’ve got lots of other photographers I could go to, but I’m going to use the hammer of government to force them to do this.’… It’s not neighborly and it’s not nice. The gay rights movement is winning. They should be, as I say, not sore winners.”

You lost me at Fox News....

Doesn't this guy realize that gays have been losing for many centuries, persecuted and discriminated against by faith-based organizations like the Catholic Church? Now that we are fighting back and winning, we are called "poor winners".  Maybe the other side are "poor losers".  After all, until recently, we had no idea what it is like to win.
