Frank Ocean Ends Chipotle Lawsuit w/ F-Bomb Check Payment

It looks like Chipotle's contract dispute with Frank Ocean won't have to go to court, but we can't say things ended without any hard feelings.

Chipotle filed suit against Ocean after he allegedly backed out of singing "Pure Imagination" on a Chipotle ad after he wasn't given final ad approval. Fiona Apple ultimately recorded the track.

TMZ writes:

Chipotle signed Frank to a $425,000 deal to sing a remake of "Pure Imagination" for a new animated ad.

But Chipotle claims Frank never recorded the track because when they showed him the final cut ... Frank was pissed the company's logo appeared at the end of the spot.
...

The restaurant says it got an email from Frank's people claiming Frank thought he was promised final say over the recording and all promotional materials -- and believed the company was in breach when it refused to remove its logo.

Chipotle sued Ocean for the $212,500 advance he was given, but based on this check from Frank we'd guess it's all settled:

Yeah. We're guessing Frank (real name Christopher Breaux) won't be getting into the burrito business anytime soon...

How can a douche be cute?  He lost all cute points in my opinion.

He's a douche bag who gives a fuck.  Gets paid for an add and gets mad when the company adds it's logo.  Maybe this guy is a royal idiot.

He's doing a song for a commercial and he's upset the companies logo is at the end?!?!

Shocking news for ego monsters ...

On the downside - what a douche move

On the up side, he's rather cute.

He lost all cute points once he became a douche!
