Instinct's Resident Fitness Expert Mike Donavanik Takes Over YouTube!


What's up, y'all? You may not realize it, but you've been reading my answers to your fitness questions for the last 5 years. OMG...I think that's the longest relationship I've had.
Anyway, I launched my YouTube channel about two months ago and am bringing you weekly "Fitness. Humor. Sass." in the form of -- mostly -- workout videos. 
While Labor Day unofficially marks the end of summer, it's no reason to let go of that six-pack you worked all winter for. So keep the  party  abs rocking with this hardcore ab routine; aptly titled, "Hardcore Abs!" It's a 7-minute workout...c'mon, you and I both know you have seven minutes. If you want to feel a more intense burn, just repeat the workout again. Comment below and let us know how you do!

Hi Mike, can you make/post a video with your workout routine for glute muscles? I use the hip abductor and  hamstrings (laying down on my stomach) weight machines at the gym but am interested in producing more visible results.
