Kentucky County Clerk Denies Gay Couple Marriage License On Video

Moore and his partner attempt to get the marriage license they've earned in Rowan County Kentucky, but are turned down by Clerk Kim Davis and her staff in flagrant showing of disrespect of the U.S. Constitution.
So, what kind of repercussion does the Rowan County Clerk office face for this kind of hooliganism? Towleroad reports:
"As we reported previously, Governor Steve Beshear, Attorney General Jack Conway and Bill May, executive director of the Kentucky County Clerks Association, have all advised county clerks to issue licenses to same-sex couples. In addition to lawsuits, they say clerks may face criminal charges for official misconduct."
