'Queer Eye' Will Celebrate Ten Year Anniversary With Reunion Episode!

Well this is a fun surprise! Deadline has just reported that Queer Eye (originally Queer Eye For The Straight Guy) will be celebrating its 10-year anniversary with a reunion episode in October!

Deadline reports:

Queer Eye For The Straight Guy was a surprise hit when it premiered in July 2003, adding the “make-better” to the pop culture conversation and sending Bravo on its reality path. Now the cable channel is celebrating the five-season series with Queer Eye Reunion: 10 Years Later, an Andy Cohen-hosted gathering of the “Fab Five”: Ted Allen, Kyan Douglas, Thom Filicia, Carson Kressley and Jai Rodriguez. As they discuss the Emmy-winning show — whose title was shortened to Queer Eye after Season 3 — the gents will dish on behind-the-scenes secrets and how their lives have changed in the past decade. The reunion will air in October.

Will you be tuning in, Instincters? Excited to see what the Fab Five are up to these days??

Congratulations to the QE Guys! I'm still waiting for MY makeover....

I will definitely watch!!!!!!

I never understood the role that Jai Rodrigues playe din it all though. He was in charge of the inspirational part of the makeovers, and he always seemed to be too 'posey' and just couldn't REALLY connect with the men. That was always so disappointing, so I hope that he finally improves there!! But all of the others were already top of their game! Kyan Douglas, I always felt, was so much more engaging with the men whom they made over. I can't wait !Let's see them really push hard and give it their ALL!!! YAY, guys!!!

I wonder if they'll reunite with former make-overees, one of those guys had to have been gay and played str8 for a free make-over. I know I would.

Oh yeah, I'll be looking for it! I loved this series so much I bought the cd/soundtrack from it. I still get great pleasure from that music and listen to it now and again.
