“What’s Your Direction?”

I've been asked which leg do I put in my pants first or which shoe goes on first, but I don't think I have ever been asked "What's Your Direction?"

Swimwear and underwear brand Charlie by Matthew Zinc (MZ) has a rather playful campaign in play at the moment. They’re asking their hundreds of thousands of #Charlie Fans what direction they, ahem, lean to with the Compass Underwear campaign. – Attitude.co.uk

So I guess the campaign does not care about freeballers or boxer shorts wearing men, but more about the brief clientele.   And I'm okay with that.  To answer the question visually, Charie customers are wearing their undies and Instgramming the results.

You can buy the collection at charliebymyz.com – get your Charlies on and get Instagramming and tweeting…if you’re brave enough. – Attitude.co.uk

Follow Charlie by Matthew Zinc at @CHARLIEBYMZ and definitely go to #Charlie Fans to check out some supporters of the brand.  I've posted some of my favorites from their Instagram account under the pictures from the ad campaigns.

  1. This isn’t an unusual

    This isn't an unusual question…

When getting suit or dress pants tailored, the tailor usually asks, "what side do dress?"…

What he/she means is that they need to know on which side your package is tucked because they don't want to take your inseam measurement and touch your shaft…

The tailor may also leave more material on "the side you dress" so the pant "leg" is a bit longer to allow for both sides to fit the same where the hem/cuff lands on the shoe.

Additionally, custom-made bike shorts are tailored for all of the different ways/sides (up, down, left, right) that a male bicyclist may "dress".

    • interesting. didn’t know

interesting. didn't know tailors had so much technique in this regard. that's great. thing is though, some guys vary where they place it. but regarding when a tailor takes your inseam measurement, it's a greater likelyhood the foreskin or glans might accidentally (or intentionally!) be touched, more than the shaft.

    • Yes you are correct which way

Yes you are correct which way you dress is a question a tailor may ask you but this article is a little different, the direction is not really which way you dress. they even say it doesnt pertain to boxers wearers , when you put you penis in its pouch which direction does it lay.
