Ariana Grande's “Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored" Includes A Bi Twist (But Is That A Good Thing?)

Ariana Grande’s new album has just dropped and she’s released an LGBTQ themed music video to boot.

The rising pop singer released her new album Thank You, Next last night. But that’s not all. Grande also released a new music video.

Releasing almost simultaneously with the full album, a music video dropped yesterday for the song “Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored.”

The song’s lyrics express Grande thirsting after a man who’s already spoken for, but the singer doesn’t care.

“You could say I'm hatin' if you want to
But I only hate on her 'cause I want you
Say I'm trippin' if you feel like
But you without me ain't right (Ain't right)
You could call me crazy 'cause I want you
And I never even ever fuckin' met you
Say I'm trippin' and it ain't right
But you without me ain't nice (Ain't nice, yeah)”

The below music video shares a similar story, but with a bisexual twist.

After the music video dropped, Grande fans shared their thoughts on twitter. Some praised Grande, wondered if this video was the singer's way of coming out, and even called her a bisexual queen.

Meanwhile, others claim that this video is exploiting gay and bisexual stories for shock and awe clicks.

As much as some of Grande's fans wish this music video was the singer's way of coming out, that's most likely not the case.

Let's face it, the bisexual theme in this video is added for a trendable story and twist much like "Call Me Maybe" from 2012. That includes a blackout before Grande had to commit to an actual, on camera, lesbian kiss.

Was there any harm intended in the making of this music video? No. But, chances are a bisexual and lesbian storyline was merely used for sensationalism and clicks.

Of course, there is the chance that maybe Grande was sincerely expressing her own sexuality. If so, she should be allowed to express it in her music and videos.

The real questions are, does Grande have an obligation to explain herself when presenting these LGBTQ stories through her large platform? Or, does she deserve privacy and ability to use (or not use) whatever label she likes and still create art however she likes?

We don't have the answers to you on those questions, but what we can tell you is to hold off on your "bisexual queen" proclamations. And please, don't give her LGBTQ hero awards either. We love Grande's music and her talent, but let's not go crazy by making her the queen of PRIDE, ok?

Bethenny Frankel Has an Interesting Theory about Pete Davidson's Privates

Bethenny Frankel is the latest celebrity to chime in about the seemingly never-ending conversation about Pete Davidson’s package.

The topic of the Saturday Night Live star’s alleged large member has been brought up by tons of people including his ex- fiancée Ariana Grande and porn star cutie Blake Mitchell.

The Skinnygirl founder brought his P-size up due to Pete allegedly dating actress Kate Beckinsale. The two were first spotted hanging out at a Golden Globes afterparty last month and were seen holding hands outside a Los Angeles bar over the weekend.

Bethenny gave her two cents about Pete’s impressive dating resume on her Twitter Sunday, February 3. Here’s her hypothesis:

“So Pete Davidson was engaged to the sexy & talented @arianagrande and is now dating the beyond stunning @katebeckinsale? So I guess it’s clear that he shoots diamonds out of his penis?”

She might have a point here, but perhaps Pete could just be a nice and handsome dude who knows how to impress the women he’s with?

Did Pete Davidson Just Deny Ex Ariana Grande's Claims About His Huge Package?

Ariana Grande playfully spoke about her ex-fiance Pete Davidson's package size several times during their short relationship in 2018.

Rumors have swirled about just how big the Saturday Night Live star is for months now due to Ariana claiming he's huge more than once. She also referenced his size in the video for her number one single "Thank U, Next." Even popular porn star Blake Mitchell shared his thoughts about the whole ordeal last year.

Now Pete has opened up about the state of his peen size where he seemingly slammed Ariana in the process. He told a crowd at a recent comedy show of his that her boasting about his private area was both "mean" and also a "genius move".

“I don’t like that she talked all that s**t for my penis.” he continued. Pete also said that what she was doing wasn't a compliment to him, saying "Everything is huge to her.”

“Why would she tell everyone that I have a huge penis? So that every girl who sees my d**k for the rest of my life is disappointed,” he joked.

I guess many of us will be left to our imagination over if Pete is or isn't gifted in that particular department.

Gay Faves, Hot Guys and More Included in 2019 Coachella Lineup

The lineup for this year's Coachella festival, taking place April 12-14th and 19th-21st, was announced on Thursday.

This year's list includes a ton of queer-positive acts that will no doubt be lighting up the crowd with their electrifying performances. This includes Janelle Monae, who scored a Grammy nomination for Album of the Year for her latest effort Dirty Computer.

Other LGBTQ-related acts include Christine and the Queens, King Princess, Sophie and more.

There are also a ton of gay favorites who will be making their presence known come this April. This includes Ariana Grande, who is billed as the headliner for the Sunday portion of the festival. Ariana had an incredible 2018 musically, earning critical acclaim for her effort Sweetener while dominating the charts with her latest song "thank u, next" which shot to the top of the Billboard charts.

Country singer Kacey Musgraves will also be taking part in the Coachella festivities. She recently made an appearance on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 4 as a guest judge alongside Ciara. Kacey earned a ton of support from the LGBTQ community several years ago when she released "Follow Your Arrow" which includes lines "kiss lots of boys, or kiss lots of girls if that's something you're into".

Man candy will also be available throughout the festival, as hot guys like Idris Elba, Jaden Smith and more will be hitting the Coachella stage... hopefully shirtless.

A full lineup can be viewed here.

Frankie & Ariana Grande Lend Their Voices To #RentSingAlong

RENT for me, bring back memories of carting 76 high school seniors from Southern Maine down to New York City to celebrate their graduation. The committee had solidified tickets for all of them to attend RENT, which at that time in the early 2000s was just slightly off Broadway, you know, the theatre by the Red Loster.  Most of the boys and many of the girls came to me, the new guide and school representative on the trip (they asked me one day before the trip took off to take over since the previous lead had something come up), and they moaned and groaned that they did not want to go. I stuck to the schedule and reiterated that they had planned the events and we were going to stick to them. Pouting, they took their seats for the first act to only storm me at intermission to talk excitedly about what they had just seen and heard.

RENT holds different memories for all that see it.  It reaches people in a different fashion. As long as it is done well and stays true (unlike the High School Production of "Rent" Has a Disgusting Twist when the subject of AIDS was substituted with diabetes), the musical will touch everyone that watches it.

FOX will attempt a live version this January and we wish them the best. Gearing up to the big event, FOX is asking people to send in their version of 'Seasons of Love.'

To prime your creativity, FOX shared this video of Frankie and Ariana and others singing the numeric song.

I am beyond honored to have worked on this incredible project with my best friends in the world including my wonderful sister. Thank you Ariana for vocal producing as well as adding your magical voice to this beautiful song. I am so happy that I got to sing with you on one of our favorite Broadway songs from one of our favorite Broadway shows, RENT! Thank you Ben Gettinger for filming, directing & singing! Ariana Grande's 'thank u, next' Video is Here to Dominate Pop Culture for a Few Days

The anticipated video for Ariana Grande’s single “thank u, next” is here, and it’s already turning heads. Over 765,000 people watched the live debut of the clip a few hours ago. That’s some TRL-era stuff right there.

Set to Grande’s mid-tempo ballad about resilience, the video is primarily an homage to Mean Girls. Aaron Samuels (Jonathan Bennett) appears to talk about his sexy, pushed-back hair.

The size of Pete Davidson’s d*ck is alluded to not once, but twice, including a mention in a quirky Legally Blonde homage featuring Jennifer Coolidge.

Kris Jenner appears, in a tracksuit with a circa-2004 camcorder, in a clear homage to the “You’re doing great, sweetie” meme. Troye Sivan also makes a cheeky appearance to gossip about Grande dating “some chick called Aubrey" now because she's a lesbian now, which is "f*cking sick."

Watch the “thank you, next” video below so you can be a part of the water-cooler conversation.

Pete Davidson Is Single Again After Splitting From Fiancée Ariana Grande

Well, it was fun while it lasted. It certainly got our attention.

As reported by TMZ, Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande have called off their engagement. It seems amicable; both parties acknowledged this just wasn’t the right time for their relationship to take center stage.

The Saturday Night Live star and the Sweetener songstress announced their engagement back in May. They’d only been dating for a few weeks, and their move has made major headlines ever since.

As to why they’re calling it quits, Grande has been pretty open on social media and elsewhere about the fact that she’s going through some stuff. Notably, she’s been affected by the tragic death of her ex Mac Miller. The rapper was only 26.

Grande’s engagement ring reportedly cost a cool $100k.

Will Davidson address this on the next episode of SNL? Goodness knows he’s usually really blunt and transparent. We will see when the show returns Nov. 3.

According to TMZ, Davidson and Grande aren’t ruling out the possibility of getting back together in the future.

Ariana Grande Performed A Powerful Tribute At Aretha Franklin's Funeral. Then She Was Groped By A Pastor.

It’s been over two weeks since The Queen of Soul passed away, and on Friday morning Aretha Franklin was mourned and celebrated in a star-studded funeral service in Detroit.

Of course there were incredible musical performances. Jennifer Hudson sang “Amazing Grace.” Faith Hill’s “What a Friend We Have in Jesus” was a bit screechy and received mixed reviews. Fantasia Barrino performed a barefoot medley.

Ariana Grande’s rendition of “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman” received a lot of praise.

Unfortunately, presiding Bishop Charles Ellis III of Greater Grace Temple, where the ceremony took place, sort of upstaged all this by making a racist comment about Grande’s name. He also embraced her and (at least) grazed her breast.

"When I saw Ariana Grande on the program," he said. "I thought that was a new something at Taco Bell.”

To make matters worse, Bill Clinton was seated behind Grande as she sang, and the internet was all too quick to spread pics and video of him mouth-breathing and aggressively sizing her up with his eyeballs.

Ellis apologized in an interview with the Associated Press:

“It would never be my intention to touch any woman’s breast,” said Ellis. "I don’t know I guess I put my arm around her. Maybe I crossed the border, maybe I was too friendly or familiar but again, I apologize.”

"I personally and sincerely apologize to Ariana and to her fans and to the whole Hispanic community,” he said. "When you’re doing a program for nine hours you try to keep it lively, you try to insert some jokes here and there.”

78-year-old Motown legend Smokey Robinson seemed to suggest Grande’s revealing black dress was an issue, calling the outfit “inappropriate.”

On the plus side, Franklin’s funeral was mostly a moving, musical success. The highlight was Stevie Wonder’s phenomenal “The Lord’s Prayer,” and a rendition of his classic love song “As.”

Grande is riding the success of Sweetener, her most critically acclaimed album to date. She is also engaged to Pete Davidson and his big D.

Ariana Grande And Pete Davidson Take A Step Back From Instagram

Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson became the center of the social media spotlight when they announced her relationship soon after her split from Mac Miller. In the wake of their surprise engagement, their popularity as a couple has skyrocketed and become the center of scrutiny, praise, and overall attention. People across all social media following their relationship has led to endless memes and the speculation that Pete Davidson is packing “down under” (from this theory comes the term, “Big Dick Energy”). Both celebrities have been very vocal about their issues with anxiety and Pete Davidson has spoken out on being diagnosed as bipolar.

However, this week Pete Davidson announced on his Instagram story that he has deactivated his account to step away from social media and work on his mental health. While Ariana Grande has maintained her presence on all of her social media platforms, her past 7 Instagram posts have been uploaded with the comments disabled- keeping fans from replying or critics from spewing hate.

While it may be fun and games to talk about celebrity relationships and speculate on theories, rumors, and ideas, it is essential to remember that they’re people too. From the constant hate about dating so soon after her break up to the people that critique her new relationship in the first place, it is understandable that they may need a break from the thousands of people who think their opinions matter the most.
