After Elton's delightful Louis Virtel sat down with Barbra Streisand (and Seth Rogen, but who noticed?) for a little chat as Babs promoted her latest film The Guilt Trip.

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is supposed to be staying on Republican talking points exalting Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan but after a storm like Sandy ain't nobody got time for that! 

But Christie did have time to praise the Obama Administration for the incredible and immediate response to Sandy in multiple interviews this morning.

With the effect of President Obama's words still taking shape, a new poll from CBS finds that a whopping two-thirds of Americans support the legal recognition of same-sex couples. Details follow. 

Unfortunately the hangover we woke up with after last night's Amendment One madness won't go away by taking four Advil downed with a Bloody Mary back. Thanks to the Amendment One campaign congratulating god on contributing to the amendment's passage, our eyes have rolled so far back in our head we can count just how many precious hair follicles we've lost to the demonization. Fortunately, we remain calm and resolved knowing that the tide of equality is slowly washing over the country.
