BB adult films may not be welcome in California much longer. If a new initiative filed by the California AIDS Healthcare Foundation amends state law, all porn actors working in the state will be required to wear condoms during production.
Michael Weinstein, President of the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, said, “Although workers in adult films should enjoy protections under the current phrasing of the regulation, the adult film industry has steadfastly refused to take any steps to protect its workers from diseases spread by blood-borne pathogens, resulting in thousands of employees becoming infected with sexually transmitted diseases."
What do you think about the initiative?
