The National Organization for Marriage continues to spin the staged walkout of Focus on the Family's Christian students at one of Dan Savage's recent speaking engagements. This time, the anti-gay group is using the orchestrated event as leverage in an attempt to get the White House to denounce Savage and It Gets Better.

We think President Obama wants to give us a little reminder of what he's accomplished on behalf of the LGBT community over the last 3 years.

The White House has just announced that it is endorsing the Safe Schools Improvement Act (SSIA) and the Student Non-Discrimination Act (SNDA), two bills that will protect LGBT students in the U.S. 

In an interview with CNN's Christiane Amanpour, Uganda President Yoweri Museveni threw the equivalent of a smokebomb by denying the existence of the notorious "Kill the Gays" bill in his country.
