American Family Association's disgust with the LGBT community is so ripe that it continues on into the afterlife, apparently. The AFA took issue with the entire handful of benefits the Pentagon extended to same-sex military couples this week, but is mostly aghast that LGBT American soldiers who die in the line of duty will be buried alongside their straight counterparts at Arlington.

Bah Humbug, indeed. The kind folks over at the American Family Association are calling for a boycott of all stores owned by Gap Inc., including Gap, Old Navy, and Banana Republic.
Why? Allegedly the stores have censored the word "Christmas."
And here we were thinking that the boycott would have been triggered by Rufus Wainwright and his cute hubby eye-f*cking all over Gap's holiday ad campaign.
Silly us. More after the jump.

Really, Boy Scouts of America? You're cool with being associated with a known hate group in an effort to preserve a dusty, antiquated rule?
That's the story according to American Family Association's Bryan Fischer, who said on his radio program today that the BSA called him for advice ahead of its decision to uphold its policy of discrimination against LGBT people and for his help to "call off the dogs."

This could actually be fun!
Buster Wilson, general manager of anti-gay hate group the American Family Association's more than 200 radio stations, has called for a boycott of Google following the planned launch of the "Legalize Love" initiative, which will combat anti-gay legislation around the world.
Buster accurately notes that this one will be tough, not only based on Google's status as the world's dominant search engine, but also because of the company's extensive technological reach (Android phones, Gmail, YouTube—all Google!).

It takes a lot to get our lazy (but gorgeous, mind you) booties up on a Monday for some house cleaning, but hate group leader Bryan Fischer's latest anti-gay "comparison" has us dusting off the "D-Bag of the Day" crown to toss upon that discarded muskrat fur masquerading as hair.

The reactionaries at "One Million" Moms were right on cue today in their condemnation of DC Comics for bringing the Green Lantern out of the closet. Also right on cue? GLAAD's adroit bitch slapping of the American Family Association subgroup.
