We have movies on our mind today! While we looked back at the best movies of the year in today's Top 10 countdown, the Palm Springs International Film Festival (kicking off Thursday, January 3) has us looking forward to the movies we'll be buzzing about in 2013. 

We were fortunate enough to catch this brilliant film when it screened at Outfest in July and we had to share its new trailer with you, Instincters!

Grab your tissues. Here's the rundown:

"When a teenager with Down syndrome (Isaac Leyva) is abandoned by his mother, a gay couple (Alan Cumming and Garret Dillahunt) takes him in and becomes the loving family he's never had. But when their unconventional living arrangement is discovered by authorities, the men are forced to fight a biased legal system to save the life of the child they have come to love as their own."
