Lachey and the rest of the members of 98 Degrees stopped by Watch What Happens Live and Nick Lachey participated in a game of "Plead The Fifth."

Andy Cohen asked Nick "What is the best part of not having Joe Simpson as a father-in-law anymore?" and Nick's answer throws so much shade, we assumed there was an eclipse!

Snoop Lion hoped an appearance on VH1's Big Morning Buzz would silence some of the uproar over recent comments he made about hip hop being “too masculine” to welcome a gay rapper. (As if there are no masculine gay men.)

Somehow, he just seemed to make the entire situation even worse.

Proponents and opponents of the ban had a hearing today in front of the 9th U.S. Court of Appeals.

Turns out, the answer to the headline is no, at least not in this case.

After Apple was blamed today for refusing to sell the 12th issue of the graphic novel Saga, David Steinberger, CEO of the comic book app Comixology, has said his company is responsible for the kerfuffle.

A U.S. Federal Appeals Court has finally thrown out Virginia's ban on sodomy between consenting adults. 

We're gonna party like it's 2003!! (Let's just hope Grindr's got its servers up to speed.)

By a vote of 34 - 21, marriage equality has been approved in the full Illinois state Senate! It veered into raucous territory often in the Senate chamber, with anti-gay pols getting laughed at by those in attendance on a handful of occasions.

Same-sex marriage rights with religious protections now moves to the Illinois House, where it has also been given a great chance of passing.

Our boyfriend Andy Cohen got all hot and bothered over Chris Brown's refusal to stand up for Frank Ocean when Ocean bested him at the Grammys this weekend.

Andy gave Brown his "Jackhole of the Day" award during Sunday's Watch What Happens Live and, well, he got all kinds of feisty.
