Maintaining the trend of "we don't take s*** from anyone anymore," Lambda Legal and Ari Gold reached an agreement with Short Line Bus Company regarding the discriminatory incident that Gold and his boyfriend experienced early last month. Details after the jump.

Through a human resource manager for Hudson Transit Lines/Shortline, the president of the company has responded to Instinct's request for a statement regarding Ari Gold's allegations that a bus driver asked him and another man to move to the back of the vehicle after he noticed them holding hands. Statement follows.
